By creating an account or using the Wavelength app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wavelength.
You must provide accurate information during registration.
You may only maintain one account.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Service Description
Wavelength is a group planning app that helps friends coordinate schedules and find the best time for activities. Features include:
Creating and managing groups with invite codes.
Creating events with availability polling.
Viewing overlap heatmaps to find optimal dates.
Calendar integration for confirmed events.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Use the app for commercial purposes, advertising, or spam.
Create multiple accounts to circumvent free tier limits.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the app.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the app's functionality.
6. Subscriptions & Purchases
Wavelength offers a free tier with limited features and an optional Pro subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
7. Content
You retain ownership of content you post (group names, event titles, profile photos). By posting content, you grant Wavelength a non-exclusive license to display it within the app for its intended purpose.
We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or via our Data Deletion page.
9. Disclaimers
Wavelength is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for the behavior of other users in your groups.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of availability or scheduling information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wavelength shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
