Delete My Data

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: In-App Deletion

Steps:

  1. Open Wavelength and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap the Settings icon (top right).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

Option 2: Email Request

Steps:

  1. Send an email to support@futureproductions.org
  2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account.
  4. We will process your request within 7 business days.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed:

Note: Groups you created will remain for other members. Events and group data shared with others are retained for their use.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Wavelength again.
