Profile Data: Display name and profile photo you provide.
Group Data: Groups you create or join, group names, and member information.
Event Data: Events you create, your availability selections, and calendar preferences.
Device Data: Device type, operating system, and app version for crash reporting and compatibility.
3. How We Use Your Information
To create and manage your account.
To enable group creation, event planning, and availability coordination with your friends.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in these cases:
Group Members: Your display name, profile photo, and availability selections are visible to other members of your groups.
Service Providers: We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Data is stored in Supabase's secure cloud infrastructure.
Payment Processing: If you subscribe to Wavelength Pro, payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not store payment card details.
Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use Row Level Security (RLS) policies to ensure users can only access data within their groups.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access your personal data.
Correct inaccurate data via your profile settings.

Export your data by contacting us.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data (profile, group memberships, availability data) is permanently deleted.
8. Children's Privacy
Wavelength is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email.
