By downloading, installing, or using YarnStash ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
YarnStash is a yarn stash management app for knitters and crocheters. The App helps you track your yarn collection, patterns, projects, needles, and hooks. It provides label scanning, photo attachments, and knit group sharing features.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain Premium access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.
You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App (yarn entries, photos, projects, notes). You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services.

When you create or join a knit group, items assigned to that group become visible to all members. The group owner can add or remove members. If you leave a group, you lose access to shared items.
The App's label scanning feature provides suggestions based on text recognition. These suggestions may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying and correcting all data stored in the App.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including inaccurate label recognition or data loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Switzerland.

Durch das Herunterladen, Installieren oder Nutzen von YarnStash („die App") erklären Sie sich mit diesen Nutzungsbedingungen einverstanden.
YarnStash ist eine App zur Verwaltung Ihres Garnvorrats für Strickerinnen und Häklerinnen. Die App hilft Ihnen, Ihre Garnsammlung, Anleitungen, Projekte, Nadeln und Häkelnadeln zu verwalten. Sie bietet Label-Scan, Foto-Anhänge und Strickgruppen-Sharing.
Sie müssen ein Konto erstellen, um die App zu nutzen. Sie sind für die Vertraulichkeit Ihrer Zugangsdaten und alle Aktivitäten unter Ihrem Konto verantwortlich.
Premium-Abonnements werden über den Apple App Store oder Google Play Store abgerechnet. Abonnements verlängern sich automatisch, sofern nicht mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ablauf gekündigt wird.
Sie können Ihr Premium-Abonnement jederzeit über Ihre App-Store-Einstellungen kündigen. Nach Kündigung behalten Sie Premium-Zugang bis zum Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums.
Sie behalten das vollständige Eigentum an allen in der App erstellten Inhalten (Garneinträge, Fotos, Projekte, Notizen). Sie gewähren uns eine eingeschränkte Lizenz zur Speicherung und Verarbeitung ausschliesslich zur Bereitstellung der App-Dienste.
Sie verpflichten sich, die App nicht für illegale Zwecke zu nutzen, keine schädlichen Inhalte hochzuladen und die Sicherheit der App nicht zu gefährden.
Wenn Sie eine Strickgruppe erstellen oder beitreten, werden der Gruppe zugewiesene Einträge für alle Mitglieder sichtbar. Der Gruppen-Eigentümer kann Mitglieder hinzufügen oder entfernen.
Die Label-Scan-Funktion liefert Vorschläge basierend auf Texterkennung. Diese können ungenau sein. Sie sind für die Überprüfung aller gespeicherten Daten verantwortlich.
Die App wird „wie besehen" ohne Gewährleistungen bereitgestellt. Wir haften nicht für indirekte Schäden, fehlerhafte Label-Erkennung oder Datenverluste.
Diese Bedingungen unterliegen dem Recht der Schweiz. Streitigkeiten werden vor den Gerichten der Schweiz verhandelt.
